關於涉外公證翻譯的須知
公證當事人：
本處現就公證當事人辦理涉外公證翻譯時，應注意的相關事項告知如下：
根據司法部令第103號《公證程序規則》第三十二條的規定，涉外公證書需外語譯文時：
1、由公證當事人委托具有翻譯資質的專業機構對申請公證的文書或者公證事項的證明材料進行翻譯；
2、委托翻譯所需的一切費用，由公證當事人向受委托的專業機構負擔支付；
3、翻譯好的公證書、材料的譯文，其中用於公證處的存檔稿應當由相關專業機構及承辦翻譯的人員蓋章和簽名；
4、公證當事人對所委托的翻譯機構所譯成的譯文負一切責任。

Notice regarding translating notary concerning foreign affairs
Herewith the notice to the notary party regarding the translation of notary concerning foreign affairs.
In accordance with the notary procedure regulation in Article 103 issued by justice department, you must follow the steps stipulated as below to translate the notary concerning foreign affairs:
Notary party should authorize qualified translation company to translate the texts of the notarization and the evidentiary materials regarding the notarization.
Notary party should pay all the fees to the authorized translation company for the translation service by itself.
Among the translated notarization and evidentiary materials, which need to be filed by the notary office should be stamped by the authorized translation company and signed by the translator.
Notary party should be fully responsible for the translated materials translated by the authorized translation company.
